What happens to my number?
It's used to show you how you compare, and to send it back to you before next Halloween if you ask. It's never added to the live map or to any totals we publish. Those only use nights counted in the app.
Will my ZIP code be shown?
No. It's only used to compare you with homes nearby, and only once at least 10 homes there counted, so no single home can be picked out.
Who's being compared?
Homes in the US that counted their trick-or-treaters with TreatCounter on Halloween night, one tap per knock. Your number is compared with theirs, not added to them.
